BUT charges to my AMEX card DO NOT match the invoices. You issued some credits to AMEX BUT no one told me what they were for. I am going to try to make sense of it but if I can't, I will have to have AMEX question each one --- and there is a lot of them. They won't be happy.
I just got an order with 1 item missing BUT IT WAS ON THE INVOICE and no notice - email or otherwise that it was not there.
