Customer Service is fantastic!! Website, still navigating around. I had a refund on some auction items but when it went through the bank I couldn't determine what item was what. I see like a 10 digit number. I wish I could type that number into a field and the item would come up. Just to make it a little easier to determine what was refunded for what item.
