All has been great with the exception of my "rewards" amount of twenty-some dollars expiring. Only log in once a month at library & had no idea I even had rewards. Thanks for asking.

I am very pleased with all the items ordered. Delivery has been on time without any delivery issues. I had an opportunity to speak with Customer Service and my experience was very satisfactory.
