I have shopped here for a few months and had good experience until now. I would have given more stars but recently my most recent order vanished from "order history" and I can't track it; chatted with customer service online only to be told they can't find the order yet my PayPal account was charged; customer service person said the issue is escalated to the department that handles it so they can look into it before they can send refund; and I'm just waiting...
