MOST of what I get is AMAZING … I like the auction however, when I win something for A LOT LESS than retail value I will get an email AFTER waiting for it that they don’t have it!?!?! Then, WHY WAS IT ON AUCTION in the first place!!?? My customer service has been HORRIBLE! I TRIED to get through to them via email AND calling at least EIGHT TIMES and NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK! I won a very nice watch by EON 1962 and when I received it, there was NO PROTECTION! it was just thrown in a VERY DIRTY and VERY WRINKLY DAMAGED plastic bag !! It had NO tag on it and they always say that you can ONLY return product if tag is still on. The watch was VERY OBVIOUSLY USED !!! I still TRIED to get hold of your customer service and as usual NO RETURN CALL. I spend a lot of money on ShopLC and it would be nice if customer service treated me better, even if I had only purchased ONE thing ever from your company, your company SHOULD TREAT CUSTOMERS BETTER because without us… there is NO SHOPLC !! I was diagnosed with terminal cancer and because of my health I am unable to go out. So, I do all my shopping online, I can’t get to post office to mail defective items etc. I don’t understand how you have something for auction then days after I win it you say “ sorry, we don’t have it” then WHY do you have on auction?? For the most part I LOVE the items I win, my biggest problem is your lack of care for your customers. The items I’m getting are for my AMAZING hubby whom I have been so lucky to have for almost 40 years, my Five daughters, grandkids,
son in laws , friends and family to remember me by after I leave this world. I get stuff to help my daughters AIRBNB all the time! THESE ITEMS ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. Last Christmas I started giving everyone gifts I have won. My daughters wear them EVERYDAY. They say it makes them feel like I’m with them. THATS WHY every item is IMPORTANT! These Items are pretty much be all I can afford to leave them. I want them to feel a connection to me. The watch I was so excited to get not only was it JUST in a dirty,damaged and wrinkled plastic bag with NO TAG to return, IT ALSO DOES NOT WORK AND THE INSIDE OF FACE OF WATCH LOOKS LIKE IT HAD WATER IN IT AND ITS LOOKS LIKE ITS EITHER FOGGED UP OR SUPER DIRTY UNDER THE FACE OF WATCH! I paid OVER $200 for something that will just be thrown away! I CAN NOT AFFORD to just give you $200 for nothing. I wish you cared about your customers as much as I LOVE MOST OF THE ITEMS I BUY. By the way, I know I will receive NO ANSWER to this BECAUSE YOU NEVER DO!
