Credit for paid returns is terrible. You charge return shipping when it’s already paid. I have got items I didn’t order and don’t get some items I ordered.

It's very unusual, not the usual when I have a problem with ShopLC. I try to remember , for myself, to be kind and respectful of others. Customer service is not for everyone. And anybody and everybody can be having a bad day. I do think of rejoining the workforce, daily, and hope I have the patience and ability to do so. I do know its hard to learn, teach, train, prepare for every situation, I only hope that when I do reviews that they are to enrich an experience, or training and not for a negative experience.

Your search box leaves everything to be desired. It is as far from user friendly as it can be. Unless your search brings up listed items and you click on one of those before they disappear, you get no where. Terrible time consuming site..
