It's very unusual, not the usual when I have a problem with ShopLC. I try to remember , for myself, to be kind and respectful of others. Customer service is not for everyone. And anybody and everybody can be having a bad day. I do think of rejoining the workforce, daily, and hope I have the patience and ability to do so. I do know its hard to learn, teach, train, prepare for every situation, I only hope that when I do reviews that they are to enrich an experience, or training and not for a negative experience.
