I'm getting a bad feeling about the auction site, company management and employee honesty. They've cancelled 2 of 5 purchases, in the last 30 days, due to inventory issues. Very disappointing.

Great site and delivery is very timely.

I have been with LC for many years. But I am not happy when you advertise and sell a product only to receive a lesser quality. January I ordered the cacoxenite beads. Grant you it was clearance. But when a product is advertising as triple aaa and shown with little matrix, and listed with 15mm beads. Only to receive something different U have called twice asking for packaging and return label. To this day nothing. Very disappointed. Carol
