Slow shipping, the last order had two item's missing, I got two item's should of been 4 according too my invoice and records. I still haven't received all my order's yet, still waiting, all free shipping item's should be pulled at the same time and shipped, no exceptions. All my item's must be shipped to my PO Box 455, in Troy, Texas for security and safety purposes. Rude customer service representatives from time to time. Nothing apparently has changed with this company. Get my already paid for item's to me immediately. I'm certainly disappointed with the service. The cheap item's seem to be the first to arrive. I want my expensive item's to be shipped first and to be in excellent condition. I won't be buying much from this company in the future. The other shopping network's are fast, efficient, and more without the hassle. No FedEx, I do not believe you have our street address. Many re-picks, why ? Twice now I have not received the free gift with purchase as promised. Well enough said. Please get all my March order's to me ASAP.
