Aloha, I watch the SHOP LC channel daily and I shop regularly! LOL :) When I have any return issues or shipping concerns I simply call the customer service line and am ALWAYS greeted professionally and am met with nothing but a willing heart and a positive attitude! Between that and your constant flow of unusual settings with a fabulous assortment of various gemstones at rockin' good prices...WHY would I shop anywhere else???? Mahalo, Deborah

Received LUXORO RING IN CHEAP BOX WITHOUT THE APPRAISAL CARD

One of the things I wish would improve is the bill to ship to it is very difficult unlike other shopping sites like HSN ,QVC or Amazon I have unlimited amount of people on my address list and have only to check mark the one I want to send to and it is done . Shop LC seldom if ever gets it right and I was told the limit is only three on the address list so I pass a lot of things I would like to send to my family and friends . However when I have occasion to call customer service they are always polite and try to help with other things
