I have loved Brooks ever since I first discovered the Adrenaline in a store many years ago. Now I only order from the website. I wear both the Adrenaline and the Ghost, and I appreciate that they are available in my difficult size (12 Narrow). Having more of a color selection in narrow would be hugely appreciated, but I'm really just grateful that Brooks sells narrows. Brooks customer service is the best in the business--folks are informative, friendly, easy to talk to, no wait time to speak with a human, no irritating bots, eager to help, patient . . . I could go on and on. I was disappointed that Brooks started charging for shipping, but I decided to become a member and now I can get expedited free shipping. I appreciate that I can choose not to get marketing emails, but I wish that I could select particular types or a number of emails to receive, instead of the choice just being all-or-none. I LOVE the Run Happy freedom to use the gear for 90 days. I LOVE the free returns. The site is easy to use, and delivery has always been hassle-free. Thank you to everyone at Brooks!
