Absolutely ridiculous that the order I placed in mid-June remains unfulfilled with no explanation. I have emailed customer service three times, and each time I am assured my order will be filled and on the way. Each time it is canceled with no explanation. I paid for this order more than 6 weeks ago. I would understand if there were a backorder, yet I am still in the dark. This is very unsatisfying.
