The Morphe Pallet by Lisa Frank is a Great Eyeshadow Pall. The Product Pigmentations Are Suitable for Both Day And Night. I bought Two at the Same Time.

Terrible customer service. My emails were answered with huge delay. Every other associate told me a different thing. Lost order, lost replacement, no communication. Will never shop again!

I never got my package and I have try to contact morphe mut they’re never responded to me, I used 64$ dollars for and never got what I bought

I would love to write a review however, it’s been over a month and I have still not received the products that I’ve ordered. I contacted customer service and first was told my package was lost. Then the replacement never shipped but somehow miraculously as I requested a refund two days later my order “shipped”. I’m not able to request a refund anymore now that my order has “shipped”. My only options are to send back an order I haven’t received, or refuse it’s delivery which hasn’t occurred because every time I check the tracking the carrier states that only a label has been created. Never ordering from Morphe again.

I love Morphe. All of the products I’ve purchased have been amazing. Morphe helped me transition from drugstore cosmetics to top tier beauty products. It’s glamorous, it’s quality, it’s affordable, and I feel like a goddess every day.

Horrible experience, I would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered it mid June and up until last week 7-10-22, I cancelled because I still hadn’t received my order. I saw other people post they’d receive their order that same week they ordered it which was after I had placed my order. Ridiculous and I will never order through morphe again!!

Website is easily navigated and items are easily found. The only suggestion that I have is that when you are scrolling through the items and when you click on one to view it, you should be able to go back to the item when you click back instead of it taking you back to the beginning. This would be especially useful when you are scrolling through hundreds of products.

I didn’t receive this brush. Morphs canceled my order and never set something to replace it.
