I ordered In early June, I got an email stating my items shipped on June 20th and it is now July 17th and it still is awaiting shipping info and no estimated arrival

Paid for it, but never received any of the items I ordered. Said they would resend, but then customer service went silent again. Poor communication. Poor customer service. So, since I don’t have it, I guess I have today I don’t like it.

It has been since june 27th, waiting for my order and nothing happened. I never received it or receive any response from anyone. Customer service doesn’t work right, they took so long to respond. I want my order or a full refund as soon as possible.

Took over a month to find out my package never shipped and then over a week to find out that part of my purchase was no longer in stock. Then to make matters worse, you ask me for my opinion on a product I never got.
