The audacity of sending me a review email when I’ve messaged you guys multiple times about my package that was never delivered. No follow up, no customer service response. Was a huge fan but I don’t like to throw my money away. You guys need some serious customer satisfaction department overhaul.

Absolutely wonderful brush set. Even though i don’t exactly love James i have to admit this brush is amazing. It has a brush for every look you’re trying to create. It gives you everything you could ever want and need in a set. The price isn’t bad for everything you get. The case is a nice touch to keep your makeup station looking clean and organized. 10/10 recommend

Over 30 days and still haven’t received my order. Apparently your team tracked it as being “lost”… back and forth with emails, and nothing has been resolved. Still waiting on my order to actually SHIP!!

Best brush set I’ve used! The brushes apply makeup so seamlessly. The eye brushes do the blending for you. Really love them.

is an amazing brush set for the price that i paid! it comes with everything you will need to create looks. one thing to keep in mind is that there is A LOT of plastic packaging and that the orange brushes are actually brown bristle brushes.
