I have sworn by this for years… I bought 2 new ones because I started to hit pan on my last one - these two new ones are a completely different color!! Extremely orange. Unable to use now. So disappointed.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. You lost my order, argued with me about it and then refused to replace the items that I ordered, canceled my order and then sent me an email asking me to review the item I never received. Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible. The black shadow in the pallet came crushed into all the other colors. So I no longer have a black shadow in that pallets. Wasn’t a happy customer when the black went everywhere as well.
