The palette was shattered upon delivery and the colors I wanted to use were destroyed.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CANCELLATION POLICY. The return policy is even WORST.

I was quite disappointed in the quality of these brushes. The bristles fell out after I tried cleaning them with makeup brush cleaner I had also bought at the same time. I was willing to try something new that was a bit pricier than what I’m usually willing to buy but I ended up being very disappointed. I had to throw away 4 brushes due to the fact that they fell apart after I cleaned them with morphe makeup brush cleaner. I don’t see myself buying anymore makeup brushes from morphe.

I think it should improve little bet it's difficult to shop not all item shown
