I have ordered a few things that I never received. I wasn't charged for them, however, but was disappointed because I did not receive them. I have also bought jewelry that only lasted through a couple times wearing it; fasteners broke, gemstones fell out and bands on rings turned a copper color in the back. Some of your jewelry is just fine, but some seems to not hold up well. Customer service is great, and so is delivery.
