Site has a few problems. Many items that I bid on do not appear on my watch list, which makes it inconvenient. Another thing is that sometimes when scrolling through items an accidental touch will end up being a bid on something I didn't want..it would be best for the customer if we could retract the mistaken bid when those accidents happen. And the other thing, is that there is not always a customer service representative online when you need to speak with one. Lastly, I have won three of my auctions that did not pan out. I won a Royston eagle pendant for 10 dollars that never entered into my payment box, and I won two other items that I paid for, and then later was messaged that I was going to be refunded. But then those two items I noticed were still listed and being bid on. So if they are not available...how can they continue to be listed and bid upon? One order was the shungite drop earrings, and the other was a Bali mens dragon bracelet with toggle clasp along with some nitrile gloves on the order. Very disappointed that these glitches exist, and something needs to be done about it.
