SEE REVIEW.. I HAVE WRITTEN& EMAILED& PHONED SEVERAL TIMES about: items i have been charged for and NOT RECEIVED, and also one big, heavy item I was charged for and did NOT ORDER & I do NOT want even if it was free.!!I (A Queen Size Satin Comforter Set-in a HUGE TORN BOX with BIG HOLES and TEARS --I'm in a small 1 BR apt--and here-s thie HUGE TORN BOX about 2 foot square w/ QS COMFORTER SET-I dont have QS bed or know anyone who does even at home so would never even LOOK at it) HAVe WRITTEN AND PHONED Customer Service at LEAST 20 times starting immediatly to stop the order. BTW I thought maybe the items I didnt receive fell out of the torn box
and they have escalated it, and I have therefor written and called Retention/SUpervisors/Escalation Many MANY Times--and the email reply has been that my message can't be sent ; and as for the phone calls I have been forwarded to voicemails that are full, OR I have left messages that aren't returned.
I come down here from Canada every year for a few months and i love the auction. Otherwise I have received a few items that are broken and parts missing, and i am disappointed that they want to give me refunds rather that the items replaced, but really these are minor items and usually handled very well; I'm just disappointed in the poor quality control.
Most items I really like. Especialy the "Scream Blanket"
