All my shopping has been on tv, very easy to order from my phone. Every purchase has been presented beautifully. The staff has been very polite and patient with me to locate a product when I don't order it as it's being presented and decide I want it later.

I had a problem with my shipping address. The address the store listed didn't include the apartment address newded for delivery. Customer service was very responsive, but unfortunately the shipping label they used, was ever corrected.
